We love grapes ! Have you ever bought the prepackaged grape snacks for your kids? I have not, some of the ones I've seen round out to about $1.00 a pack. For less than $4.00 we were able to make 14 snack packs.
First we went to Aldi and purchased a 2 lb. bag each of red and green grapes.
Next, take them all off the stems and rinse well in a colander. They do not go bad as fast this way even if you don't want to pack them into smaller packs.
We put 10 green grapes and 12-14 red grapes in a snack size zipper bag for each pack in this batch. (the green ones are larger).
And voilĂ !
14 easy, yummy and healthy grape snack packs for less. (no preservatives or additives)
The amount added to each bag can be changed to create even more packs if your child will not eat or does not want that many. We just pop this container in the fridge and they are ready to go in a second ! YUM !
No grapes were harmed in the making of this blog although some may have been consumed.
