Planning our #DisneySide Celebration

Who says that cinnamon decorations are only for Christmas? Not I said the fly. We decided as one of the party treats we would make Mickey Mouse shaped cinnamon ornaments. My thought is maybe for the moms to put them in their car. My house smells sooooo good.
Step 1) 1.5 cups of cinnamon.
Step 2)  1 cup applesauce (we used the cinnamon kind because it's what we like to eat).
Step 3) Mix well, you may need to get your hands dirty.
Step 4) roll out to about 1/4" between 2 sheets of wax paper.
Step 5) cut your desired shapes and carefully move them to your parchment lined pan. Poke hole with a lollipop stick or straw before baking.
Step 6) Bake at 200 degrees for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. They should be rock hard, if they're not allow them to stay in pan overnight. (We also sprinkled with a little red glitter, we are doing the party on Valentine's Day)
Then voila, you are done and have super cute Mickeys that make the room smell wonderful.
And to make them even cuter? Glitter glue !
